Sunday June 28, was the premiere of the film, “ Le prix a payer “ (The price to pay), directed by Mora Junior Etienne, featuring Haitian song stress, Misty Jean, on her first acting performance.
The Grand premiere took place at Cinemark (formerly Movieco), in Boca Raton Florida, with a sell out crowd of over 400 people, who lined up behind the red carpet ropes, outside the movie theater, to greet and take cell phone pictures of the arriving casts. After the red carpet entrance and interviews were given by the actors, the audience made their way to the theater and the actors and VIPs were escorted to a private balcony for the movie viewing.

The movie conveys a marital tragedy/comedy in which the war between love triangles turns fatal. The Price to Pay explores the unspoken norms where men who don’t work are expected to be sexually and mentally
